    • Caffeine makes your body expel more water than you take in for the consumed drink. So you are likely always a bit dehydrated.ETM
    • dehydrated. Its just like alcohol. Unless you're drinking caffeine free...ETM
    • actually i researched that and it's mostly false. you absorb 2/3 of the liquid in a can of caffeinated soda and not much more in uncaffeinatedscarabin
