Wait a second, this is actually a clever idea.
Publish a tutorial for potential clients showing how to make their own logo with Photoshop. They will inevitably become frustrated with the difficulty in creating anything even remotely passable. This will encourage them to trust you with all their design projects, and re-inforce the idea that good design takes time and costs money.
