    On Sunday - have a full English in Premises cafe on Hackney Road, then go to Columbia Road Flower Market, then walk down Brick Lane, do the markets, have a pint at the Vibe Bar, go to Sunday Upmarket / Spitalfields, wander around Hanbury Street
