Sadly, there's a severe lack of quality fonts that have either Serbian Cyrillic or Latinised character sets, I remember this from when I was working in Belgrade from '06-'08. More often than not, we had to either make do with butchering Russian or Bulgarian character sets for Cyrillics, or hacking together Latin characters with Czech and Slovak diacritics as best we could.
Fun times, especially since the agency I worked for was too cheap to buy us proper Pro fonts sets. :D
