    @digdre :

    Think of designing a service as opposed to designing a campaign.

    - A campaign lasts for a couple of months maybe. A service lasts for a couple of years or longer.

    - A campaign needs to make a certain aspect of a product very clear, where a service provides you with a product you can use on a daily basis.

    So we need people who design interfaces, make buttons, forms, menus etc. People who work in a very structured way.

    It's not platform websites. Most of the work we do is on mobile (iPhone / Android / iPad), but it's hard to find designers who have a lot of experience in this field because it's relatively young. And there's much more to it than you'd expect in the first place.

    That's why we say interface designers, because if you understand the way interfaces work and have a feel of interaction, you can probably take a wireframe and transform that into a good looking functional design without much support.

    I'll give you a couple of examples from dribbble:

    So yes, interfaces, not campaigns.

    • In that case, I may know someone else from my LinkedIn list ...Continuity
    • so anyone who has design skills and common sense really..?
      but yea, I don't have experience. I designed app for Sara Lee though.
