  I would:

  1- manually reorder last paragraph to be the first one. but don't leave a double return after it, just one (if anyone knows a method for automatically re-order paragraphs, I want to know)
  2- make a grep search for:
  anything between " " and aply paragraph style A
  3- make a grep search for anything after (") + 2 line breaks AND before/including a line break and apply paragraph style B + include a EM Space + Line Break after that
  4- Search for EM Space at the begining and Line Break > Replace with just an Em Space.
  5- Search for an Em Space at the Beggining of a paragraph and include everything up to a Line Break > Replace with everything minus the Em Space > Apply Paragraph C

  Something like that...
