I'm also wondering if this is true.... seems like any decent tattoo artist would explain in 10 years all the pictures will bleed into themselves and become mud...

    • well they would not. Ink is different then the ink they had in the 50's-80'srson
    • uhh ink still runs..set
    • yeah, ink will run, Better than it was, but at that detail, it's going to run.jfletcher
    • They will fade but not run. I have tattoos 15+ years old. A little faded but there is no bleed at all.rson
    • Also, I guess it depends on the pressure the artists uses when doing the tattoo.rson
    • and where.... over bone will bleed/blow out. Mine have, but ones of fleshy parts have notjfletcher
    • impossible rson. Tattoo ink dispersses in the skin. Lines 15 years old are NEVER going to be as sharp. EVER!!!!set
    • ...not bleed bad at all, *very little, but not crisp like week 1 after getting it years ago.jfletcher
    • but yeah, after 15 years, I expect some bleed. May not look like fuzzy shit, but not as crisp as the startjfletcher
    • this shit will blow out and then there will be some unidentifiable blobs... hey just like life! =)adumbratesly
