Once i finish building the cheapest possible PC i can, my next goal will be to give it away to someone who will actually use it. Living in a rural community, i will most likely find someone in the city where i lived for 20 almost years, and deliver it if necessary. I'm just looking to put something together that can handle the needs of the average family or student, nothing fancy. I am interested however in seeing builds in different price ranges, the one plash posted was a good example. I've always bought out of the box systems, both PC and laptop. Haven't had an Apple in the house since the Apple IIe :) $2000 monochrome wonder machine for it's day lol.

    • Fancy a trip over to England. I don't own my own computer, I'm tryping this from a library.kalkal
    • why dont you just donate the money to a worthy charity.. they will do more than someone who has no computer and wont know what to do with it.autoflavour
