OK, read the e-myth (just my opinion) but i thought it was a great book on how not to think about business. especially being a creative it's easy for the lines to get blurred and you just end up with a job. only it's worse than a job, because you can't take a holiday, EVER.
Plan now, you can always change later, but by having a goal set now, you'll find it easier to write your partnership agreement.
I'd send you mine, but i can't find it!
- Yeah, I'm starting to think that perhaps I'm making it more complicated than it really needs to be. I think I would just need to define who owns the work since we're doing 50/50 of the work. Thanks!dashofpower
