    My macbook HD went down and when I tried to install Illustrator CS3 back on it I get the splash page "too many activations", buy another license. No "please call this number and we'll sort you out"

    I found a couple of numbers on so-called customer support but just get put on hold indefinitely. I've emailed them - nothing. I've even tweeted their careline.
