    I can't give you much help in the way of pricing since that's so dependent on your firm, and your client's understanding and appreciation of the importance of design. But to prepare yourself for the workload involved in getting labelling approved, call the LCBO and ask for their documentation on labelling standards, and the application process. Keep in mind it changes from country to country so you'll probably have to consider a fair amount of translation and revisions in each market depending on their distribution.
