I prefer Blue Host but that's mainly because they offer 24/7 phone support. I like to be able to call on the phone to discuss issues.
Dream Host only offers email support to my knowledge.
In terms of reliability I think they're probably both very good.
My favorite is Media Temple, but they're around 3X the price. For that you get top-notch support and a serious commitment to transparency in how your data is handled. Spare me the (mt) BS please. Everyone is entitled to opinions. Thanks.
