I have a xoom, galaxy, and an ipad 1.
I prefer the xoom. It has a better browser than the ipad [android browser has tabs.] I mostly use it for when I travel and like the fact that I can find free apps for simple dev/management items: FTP, HTML. It's also a bit smaller than the ipad and galaxy so it travels easier.
The whole itunes ecosystem is a deterrent to me. The fact that android syncs perfectly with gmail and gdocs also is a factor to consider.
I have all three for testing purposes. Surfing on the ipad 1 blows...opening a new window becomes cumbersome...
