    I get the "oh well, everything causes cancer" argument.

    But, not everything has a warning label. This says to me "This product is dangerous enough that someone bothered to force the manufacturer to attach a sticker."

    Also, I'd bet that when they studied it's harmful effects they assumed a typical usage amount for a cutting mat. If you're using it as a mouse pad 8-12 hours a day you might be overexposing yourself to it.
