why is it flash? that site could easily be constructed using valid xhtml and css alone. not only would it help with usability and accessibility, but it would reduce bandwidth probably around 45% or more. that saves tons of overhead and makes the site readable by search engines, usable on alternate devices, etc.
this is nothing against the 'design', this is in argument to the use of technology.
