I think about this everyday. There has been year-long construction at a big school adjacent to my building, so the sidewalk is covered for 100 yards. I think people assume that they aren't seen, so they let their dogs shit in this "tunnel." And since it's covered, it's shelter for a dog to shit when it's raining and snowing. Ultimately, it's basically shit tunnel and I think about making a poster and laminating it and posting it all through the damn thing. My goal would be to shame them in to picking up shit.
