i'm hesitant to post this, due to the douchyness of it... but, i'm almost done with this 12 week plan... junk is hardcore, but will definitely help get you back in a healthy mindset (lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks and lost 2% bodyfat). i don't do the supplements, but do follow the diet to a t. definitely takes a commitment, but worth it:
