  Are kids naturally racist?
  Just look at a normal playground, they all play together until their parents make them notice the difference.
  So I do not believe kids or human are naturally racist.

  Just look at Africa per example, it was fragmented the way it is today to make people who used to be from the same area hate each other because they are now part of different countries
