Next time, I recommend jumpstarting your creative process – as well as strengthening your relationship with the client – by conducting a workshop with them before you start sketching. Email me if you want details on how we do it. I started conducting workshops with our clients this year, and it's drastically reducing time spent on revisions. No more headaches or nausea leading up to presentations.
