I smoked for years, then stopped cold turkey, then smoked some occasionally, mostly at parties and on holidays. Haven't in some time.
I never understood the nicotine talk, always considered it an excuse.
It's just a strong habit, with situational and social triggers. Whenever I find myself in a setting I used to smoke in (a location or a group of smoking friends), that's when the desire to smoke wakes up. Not by smelling nicotine smoke, it's rather revolting.
- you dont smell nicotine, you smell smoke, the nicotine is absorbed into your bloodstreame-pill
- the body isnt addicted to smoke as that is revolting as it should be.. its smoke.e-pill
- I know, I mean it's not as much cigarettes themselves that trigger smoking, it's the context.raf
- they stink, and make the smoker stink twice as badcruddlebub
- I have cigarettes, don't feel like smoking at all. I'll feel an impulse to smoke when at a party.raf
- if i have a pack i smoke it, if i have 4 packs i smoke it all..oi you have good control.e-pill
- Actually having a pack helps me not to smoke. If I don't have cigarettes, I might crave them.raf
