First, there's a reason you interviewed to go to a new agency. If the only motivation was to get more money/love, I'm not sure why you wouldn't have approached your current employer since it sounds like there's already a solid relationship.

Second, if you're worried you're going to come across like a dick, please get over it. You're pulling a dick move, but if it works for you, then you have to honor your personal interests and not worry about the feelings/perceptions others have. Anytime you get into negotiations for yourself, there's a chance you'll be a dick to someone...it just happens. Do know that recruiting/HR folks maintain crazy connected networks, so folks do talk. That said, if you have the talent and they have the need, anyone can overlook hurt feelings over time.

Third, ditch the "Since 1986" off your site. Your site presents itself as a portfolio and office. People are born, offices are established. Unless you've been landing contracts since 1986, which at age 26 would be impressive, please don't be this guy. Please don't be another solider in the "I've been creating since I was born" army. You can help end this trend. Please do the right thing.

Best of luck with either option, and best wishes for continued success!
