ouch.... yes, i know film can take time, but it sounds like they needed to at least hear from their rockstar photog.... or maybe there was some miscommunication....
If this is time for developing film is communicated in advance, that's fine.... but it sounds like it wasn't... most people seem to assume anything over 2 days is eternity these days...
....note that some wedding couples take almost a year to pick images for their album after hounding the photographer for images the next day after their ceremony....
