The 10 sections will never all be equal without some fancy maths, I say this only because the segments cut away from the middle of your line will be different than your two end points that have the rounded ends. I'm not sure if you want the visible surface area of each segment to match, if so, the two end cuts will vary slightly to accommodate their unique shape in comparison to the parts without.
