I can vouch for SuitSupply. I have a couple of suit from there. If you go into a store (there's a few in London), they will measure you up and make alterations to the suit you choose there and then (or within a couple of days). Really well made (for the low price) and great cuts (especially if you like things on the slimmer side).
Details like working cuff buttons etc. But for the price obviously not bespoke by any means.Steer clear of zara and especially topman, cheap and nasty, poorly cut suits, with stupidly short jackets.
