    Vin Diesel

    Born with a real gift for languages. Following a B.A. from Harvard, he earned a master’s in Russian studies from UCLA, where he later taught (while pursuing his Ph.D.) before trading a career in academia for one in Hollywood. Diesel also took courses at both the Sorbonne and the University of Munich — and is fluent in Russian, French, German, Spanish, Serbo-Croatian and Cantonese.
