    My biggest OSX peeve is apps popping in front of one another.

    Say I'm in InDesign and want to open a PSD file to edit. I go back to InDesign to continue working while Photoshop boots up and before you know it, the stupid startup screen blocks my work and interrupts again (despite switching back to InDesign) when the file opens. Anyone else experience this and know a way to stop it?
