Thing about us humans is that one of the things that's made us so successful as a species is the fact that we have a very wide-ranging diet, and so can adapt to many environmental conditions. Innuits survive on blubber and fish and marine mammal meat, most people live their day without eating any meat. Most plants and almost every part of every animal is edible to us. Poison sushi/some crab innards etc, aside, there isn't anything in a chicken (once the gut has been cleaned out) that isn't nutritious and edible.
If you eat meat (and I don't), stop being a bunch of cissies - look the animal and all its bits in the eye, thank whatever deity or natural force lives inside you, be grateful that you're eating it and not the other way round, and what a fantastic stroke of luck that is for you, and eat it. Eat it all, don't throw it away or expect that someone else will because you've paid them too. It's still your responsibility. Eat the eyes - great source of fat, the guts and the skin and muscles. Grind it all up and make sausages out of it if you have to.
    Go on.
    You murderous swines :)
