nothing to do with race... not sure he should have gotten off not guilty, but thats due to the fact they pursued murder vs manslaughter... the prosecution fucked it up.
plus the law states BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.
no one saw the struggle... there was reasonable doubt.
and the state did a poor job.
but the fact this turned political says something... when do you have the president commenting with bias on a case?
and now the justice system is trying to get involved?
