Everyone is so wrapped up with their own political standpoints on guns, and race that they fail to remember that every man and woman has a right to defend themselves. If it wasn't self defense, Zimmerman already had a gun. He could have just walked up to the hooded man and shot him point blank in the face.
Zimmerman was defending both his neighborhood, and himself. If someone jumps on top of me, threatens my life, I'm sorry if that guy dies within my self defense.
