    As a lifelong Southeast MI resident and a 3 year resident of Detroit (2007-2010) I can honesty say Fuck Detroit.

    Unless you've lived there and seen how badly your tax dollars are squandered then you can't really begin to understand how shitty of a municipality Detroit is to live in.

    Not to mention the rampant corruption and racism in the City Govt. and City run departments... I mean it's just a fucking mess.

    I have to say that this is probably going to be the best thing for the City at this point.

    • Yeah, I used to work in downtown Detroit in the late 1970s. Every place I used to work, and call on, is abandoned. Just gets worse.boobs
