the kid should have kept calm and called the cops. he had no right attackin the guy.... got one dude pumped up on gun courage and a righteous zeal, and a kid who has to be all street tough. Both are idiots and neither were completely innocent. Im good on the verdict because it seems the kid used force first. Guilt is pretty much on anyone who uses force first. However he should get some community service to think about his douchness in looking for trouble. You'd think there would be some sort of lesser charge like verbal instigation or something. Murder and prison is pretty tough for shooting someone pounding your face into the pavement.
