A lot of it seems to be genre-independent. I'm sure there are some good trance / house ones I've never visited simply because IDGAF about making that type of music.
Gearslutz (hip hop / electronic forums are decent)
Dogsonacid (drum n bass...but tons of old reference techniques)
Dubstepforum (duh)
KVRaudio forum (lotta noobz here tho)Em411 used to be good...now kinda sucks
Also, don't sleep on YouTube...tons of tutorials there. In particular I know FutureMusic puts up good vids - not to mention the endless randoms posting hints & tricks.
