I asked for context here and this article like many neglects context. I would never laud the guy. He chose a peaceful resistance and stood by it while people were being murdered on the streets by the police and military. He wound up being a leader of revolt that was violent because people were being violently suppressed. He helped accomplished something and there was a historical context.
- he wasn't a horrible man he was a leader. unfortunate situation he had to literally fight for freedom. so condemn him.uuuuuu
