I'll put this to you, I have worked for an in-house design studio for a big comapny for the past 2 1/2 years, producing a wide range of communications. But and this is my snag, it's all mainly for that one client. I have a whole range of personal work and ideas I have produced, I have a keen eye for detail, typography etc, and l am passionate about design in general.
But because of, lets say the lack of diversity in my professional folio would that be viewed as a negative by a studio like yourself, who will probably be getting alot of applicants form studios with more diversety.??
