I think people who say religion is corrupt, false etc. the Same thing could be said for science, economics. You live in a corrupt system where, the practice of what makes you free economically, intellectually, physically, spiritually, is suppressed especially in practice. Try to practice real freedom and see how long before someone in authority puts a boot in you face.. to argue that scientism, religion, monetary police, political systems, etc, represents something pure, and not contrived for you to be put inline by someone who runs your reality is mute.

    • point is you can be a slave in believing false scientific theory as much as religious person could be a slave in his/her belief systemyurimon
    • once again, science is a method, not an institution. I don't know why you don't understand thismonospaced
    • there's no leader, or dogma, it's just a process and everyone is working on figuring things outmonospaced
    • sure, there might be a group using the method for corruption, but that doesn't mean the method is flawedmonospaced
    • Religion, on the other hand, ONLY makes assumptions, and really only works toward falsitiesmonospaced
    • "religion may be corrupt and false, but so is other stuff, so that makes it okay" -yurimonscarabin
    • i didnt say it makes it ok. it means scientism has its limits and corruption. so becareful what you think is trueyurimon
    • There are leaders and there is dogma in science.set
    • Yeah, that dogma should be challenged. Those laws of physics and physical evidence are total bullshitmonospaced
    • Only sith lords (idiots) deal in absolutes.set
