    been running 3 times a week the past 2 months.. this week I ran my first 10k.. which was more because i got lost in the forrest and just kept running until i got home..

    but yep, the last 2 weeks been running 8km each time..
    its amazing how easy it is once you normalise to 5k how easy 7 or 10k is.. you just keep going.

    • i actually ran 11k in the end.. but whats 1k between total strangers on a designer forum

    • yeah it was bit of a surprise for me to be honest.. i had been doing 5k for a month, and then i bumped up to 7.5/8kautoflavour
    • i read somewhere if you can do 5k, you can do 10.. once you have the stamina for 5 its just a mental thingautoflavour
    • and to be completely honest, it wasnt any harder per se to do 10 than 5.. just more timeautoflavour
