I'd still go Canon T3i and just get Desk out converters to mini jack if you really couldn't be bothered to import the audio after
But if you have a mixing desk, most prob a good Mic then it would make no sense putting the signal into a Camera with a basic audio interface that prob has limited sample rates etc.
You should just get an SSD or more RAM to speed up your computer and figure out a new work flow. Then you could grab great audio from your desk into your audio interface and great video with a good camera and enjoy the best of both.
Rather than using converters (which subtract from the signal) and basic audio inputs on a Camera.
Its I was told many years ago "No point having great speakers, great amp and shit cables"
