basically, you do the same thing as the tincture but you use less liquid and the liquid you do use is glycerin. you want to get the most out of your herb so put the slurry into a double boiler and let it sit in a heat bath for a couple hours. strain and add to some propylene glycol and you've got your vape juice.
OR
an easy way is to start with the alcohol tincture i mentioned before, add it to nicotine-free vape juice (you get them as freebies at vape shops all the time), then heat in a glass dish until the alcohol evaporates off.
when done right one hit is just like a hit off a joint. awesome for movie theaters 'n' shit
