I'm using Sail.js (Node.js) for backend work and Angular for front end. Although I'm still in noob stage with these technologies, the workflow is a breath of fresh air compared to my usual PHP/Jquery stack.

Angular 2.0 is set to drop this Summer, and it looks really promising. They've pretty much rebuilt the whole thing from what I can tell. So, none of the 1.x stuff will port, but the performance is supposed to be better, and a lot of the issues with the current version are fixed.

React looks pretty interesting too. Man, there are SO many javascript frameworks out there now. That's the only problem with this stuff. What to roll the dice on?
