    There are a few factors to consider when evaluating these colors:

    1) How the camera lens and sensor perceived and captured it
    2) How your monitor displays it
    3) How your eyes perceive these ranges of color on a monitor
    4) How you brain dismisses the fact that you're part of a mass punking

    Also, if this weren't such a big joke, I'd take issue with the question being asked. Are we being asked what colors we believe the dress *actually* is or what actual RGB values are being use to represent and display the dress in this image.

    Answers from these two camps of reasoning will obviously lead to contrary opinions thus creating the illusion of vision anomalies.
