Plain Greek Yogurt (0% Fat) is the new love of my life. Get the real stuff, it's incredible. Look at the ingredients and if there is anything on there you haven't heard of, that's the wrong stuff.

Eat it for breakfast along side some fruit.

    For lunch/snacks:

200 or 300ml of plain 0% fat Greek Yogurt
    teaspoon-ish of lemon juice
a third of an english cucumber, chopped*
    a tablespoon of garlic powder
    salt+pepper to taste.

    Optional: add some dried dill.
Optional: Cayenne pepper if you like it spicy.

Blend it up with a hand blender or whatever you have. It's a little thin, which is ok, but I started putting it in the toaster oven for a few minutes. Excellent protein/carb/fat ratio. Super healthy, assuming you're ok with dairy.

Dip raw veggies or pita in it.

*replace the cucumber with a couple roasted red peppers, chopped. Next time I'm going to try replacing it with artichoke hearts. Or maybe some black olives.
