I don't think you can just become an affiliate to Prada and other high-fashion brands. These brands don't just let anyone promote their products in exchange for a commission on sales.
I don't think there is a third party service where you can scoop up referral links to such brands either. If they did that they would have their "exclusive" brand show up all over the internet, including porn, torrent sites etc. Even if there is such a service, you'd have to prove the traffic you provide is in some way valuable.
Maybe somwhere there is an online shop that sells high fashion brands, and this shop has a referral program of their own, in which case you can try signing up for making money indirectly on referrals there.

Famous people make money from these brands simply by promoting products by posting a picture of it to their followers. MAYBE some cherry picked websites and social media stars are contacted directly by such brands with commission deals. But the only way for you to make money in the scheme you propose is to join affiliate networks, and sign up to the affiliate programs of brands that you find there that you like.
