Wife and I are huge fans of Vietnamese iced coffe. It's absolute liquid crack! So much that we won't have it too late or we can't get to sleep at a decent hour. We can both drink home brewed coffee or Starbucks right before bed no problem. We seem to only be able to find it at actual Vietnamese restaurants though. Another issue is it's so high in sugar.
I went to 99ranch market and picket up a set to make it at home but I cannot get the taste to come out the same. I think they are using a blend of French and Vietnamese roast which I have not figured out yet.

- yea of course condensed milk, that's why its so high in sugar. a dude at a restaurant showed me the blend they use but they buy it through their distributor.HijoDMaite
- i'm sure i can find the right roast online or just go with a good roast in generalHijoDMaite
