I'm genuinely sad for the first time in my life over the death of a stranger. O_O Normally i would have started cracking jokes already. but really, i'm really shocked.
Still can't believe he's gone. Kept having this feeling that he's gonna pop out 3 days later. Or like Doctor who, regenerate and come back as someone els. Perhaps to me he's almost like a immortal figure. death was not his thing. No, he's not my favourite artist.
I like probably only 5 songs of his. but him as an artist is truly inspiring. it's almost like his entire life is a work of art. To the very last breath! I get chill to my spine every time i hear that line "look up here, i'm in heaven" NO SHIT! YOU JUST DIED YESTERDAY! WHAT THE FUCK??!?!?!?!? FOR REAL?!?!?!?!?!? (ಥДಥ)- first time i cried over the death of a person not related to me. music is my everything and Bowie is a huge part of that everything of mine.caterpus
- he is an immortal figure then the Blackstar album is his auto-obituarycaterpus
- same. i only really liked a handful of his songs. just respected the hell out of him as an artist. choked up all day. these tributes can be really touching.jaylarson
