the pen and lamp position suggests left-handed, gun in the right hand, so murder...

- i don't see why left-handedness matters here. more important that the gun is in the right hand and the blood is is on the right wall.sarahfailin
- People don't shoot themselves with their weak hand. So gun is planted. There is also still a cigarette in left hand.ETM
