the war on drugs has failed the people of this world miserably, is a direct attack on underprivileged communities everywhere, not to mention has not undermined the usage of drugs one bit, while putting the drug trade directly in the hands of cartels.
not a very good legacy at all.. shame on her!! good riddance
some american states have been fighting back against her policies and are legalizing marijuana (a good start) which is keeping billions of dollars out of the hands of these drug cartels and giving people legal right to medicine
