Is it just me or have I not really seen much relevant info about these papers. I smell what they're selling but I haven't seen it yet. So far it seems like trying to shame people for doing something legal but frowned upon. I haven't been following it to closely so I might be missing something. But if its just tax sheltering how is that so much different than investment in health savings or retirement accounts to evade taxes? Isn't it just smart business by gaming the system to the best of your ability. Dont hate the playa hate game sort of thing.

Unless there really is technically some illegal stuff but even in this thread Im not seeing mention of it...

    • I'm sure there's some proper illegal stuff there but I haven't seen it either.
I don't feel offended by it.

    • They are bending the rules rather than breaking them. Cunning financial practises to set up companies in territories with beneficial tax laws then...face_melter
    • ...providing said companies with funding to avoid paying tax on the cash in the person's country. It is more about the deliberate intent than the act itself.face_melter
    • I know how it works. However, I've never heard anybody say anything positive about paying taxes [themselves].ORAZAL
