Too much shit to still not be in better shape. I blame IPA's.
Cold months: Weight training 3x week - Hike w/ girlfriend 1-2x per week - Stationary bike when I force myself to.
Warm months: Weight training 2x week - Cycling (on dirt) 2x week - Golf (walking) 1-2x week - Hiking whenever we feel like it.
