    Some update:

    - Pro-gov and anti-coup people go out every night with their cars and flags and honk until 3am. Pretty annoying. But Erdogan calls them out on the street with SMS messages.

    - The main opposition party, also one of the two alternatives of seculars, CHP, is organizing a democracy rally on Sunday in Istnabul Taksim square.

I wasn't sure if the AKP was going to allow that since they declared state of emergency last night.
But VERY interestingly, they actually invited people to go that rally and even made public buses free for that event.

Now that is very interesting. One can not avoid thinking if it's kind of a trap.
But if it's not, it's a very good sign for normalisation and unity in the country.
I'm not sure if I'll go, my mom and my wife will freak out if I go since there might be a threat from ISIS, PKK or even AKP supporters.

    We'll see...

    • i think erdogan might be hoping that his supporters would overwhelm the opposition and make them look weak in comparison.Gnash
    • judging by recent events, yeah it sounds like a trapIRNlun6
