Currently reading "The Three Body Problem" by Cixing Liu. It's a great Sci-Fi read, a bit like Frank Schätzing.

Its my first chinese book (translated) and I cannot get the charakters apart. Like when you read about people with western names you instantly get how they look but all those Dings and Yangs.. Might need a 2nd read :D

    • Thats the reason chinese have 'english' alternative names. It helps us westerners remember their names more easily.microkorg
    • Yes... like 'Rainbow' or 'Fragrance' :Dd_gitale
    • The best English name I've heard so far adopted by a Chinese person was a woman named 'Vermouth'.BuddhaHat
    • This book has nice ideas, but is absolute garbage writing. Exposition up the yinyang and flat characters. Won awards because Chinese and diversity.cannonball1978
